We put quotations around "disposable" for a reason. Although these are the less sturdy version of the Knork, they're a far cry from the disposable plastic ware and utensils you might normally buy for a picnic, party or reception. These forks are made strong to cut your food without a knife.
They're dishwasher safe and they'll last a long time if you need them to. If you don't, no problem. At such a low price for a 24 pack, you can use them once and toss them if you wish. It's totally up to you.
